Deep red in colour. Aromas of red fruits with overtones of chocolate, caramel and tobacco, in harmony with the cinnamon and the vanilla of the oak.

Harvest: End of September. Yield: 60 hl/ha.
Age of vines: over 50 years old.
Classic red wine vinification. Maturation for 18 months in new French oak casks (1/3 Allier, 1/3 Never, 1/3 Vosges). Acidity: 5.0 g/L, pH: 3.76, Residual sugar: 2.7 g/L.
