Agriculture: Mild.
Vinification Vinification
Classic red wine vinification. Maturation for 18 months in new French oak casks (1/3 Allier, 1/3 Never, 1/3 Vosges). Acidity: 5.0 g/L, pH: 3.76, Residual sugar: 2.7 g/L.
