Brilliant lemon colour with green tints. Impressively complex nose, aromas of lemon, pear, orange peel and flowers. Immaculately balanced with a long aftertaste.

Origin Origin
Crete, viticultural zone of Heraklion.
Altitude: 400-700m. Soil: sandy clay, loam.
Harvest: End of August. Yield: 40-50 hl/ha.
Age of vines: 20 years (average).
Agriculture: Mild.
Vinification Vinification
The grapes are preserved for 24 hours at a very low temperature. The method of cryo-maceration is implemented for about 6-8 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 10-12 days at a temperature that does not exceed 16 °C. Acidity: 4.9 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 3.1 g/L.
