Dark ruby colour, lovely nose of cherries, violets and chocolate. A multilayered, full-bodied palate with juicy red fruit and high intensity of apricots. Fine-grained and velvet tannins, slightly high acidity. Ripping quality! Unfiltered wine. Any amount of sediment in the bottle is quite normal.

Food pairing
Roast Greek lamb, roast Greek wild boar, spicy Cretan Graviera cheese. It is recommended to be decanted 30 minutes before consumed. Served at 16 - 18 °C.
The privately owned vineyards of 20ha in Mytikas & Afrati, Evia, Central Greece. 
Altitude: 250-500m. Soil: clay, limestone.
Harvest: September. Yield: 30 hl/ha.
Age of vines: 20 years.
Agriculture: Mild.
Co-vinification of the two varieties and long lasting skin contact. Maturation in French oak barrels for 12 months. Acidity: 5.7 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 2.0 g/L.
