Altitude: 150-250m. Soil: volcanic and dry.

Age of vines: 35 years in average(basket-shaped).
Classic white vinification. Skin contact for a few hours, alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 16-17 °C. Acidity: 6.7 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 2.0 g/L.
