Inviting and aromatic with ripe yellow fruits, dried apricot, baked apple and acacia. Well-balanced, bright fruit and floral notes. A moderate sense of sweetness and minerality, refreshing acidity. Excellent length and finish.

Altitude: 250-500m. Soil: clay, limestone.
Harvest: End of August - Early September.
Yield: 60-70 hl/ha. Age of vines: 20 years (average). Agriculture: Mild.
Cold maceration for 12 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks under a controlled temperature of 14 °C. Acidity: 5.8 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 3.5 g/L.
