Purple colour with bright aromas of red fruits with a focus on cherry and morello, combined with spices, cocoa and wood notes. Pleasant on the palate, with velvety tannins and long fruity finish.

Rich dishes based on red meat, spicy sauces, matured cheeses. Served at 16-18 °C.
Origin Origin
The privately owned organic vineyard at the foot of Pangeon, Kokkinohori village, Kavala, Northeastern Greece. Altitude: 420m.
Soil: rocky, barren, limestone, clayey.
Harvest: Mid-September. Yield: 50-55 hl/he.
Age of vines: 8 years. Agriculture: Organic.
Vinification Vinification
Pre-fermentation cold extraction at 6 °C. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and malolactic fermentation in barriques. Maturation in French barriques(60% new) for 12 months. Acidity: 5.1 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 2.38 g/L.
