Bright yellow color with greenish hints. A bouquet of white flowers leads to a dry and refreshing creamy palate with a chestnut purée like finish. Resolutely tense and refreshing.

The family vineyards 'Sinani Cambos' and 'Corfi' in Kato Asites, Heraklion, Crete.
Altitude: 400-550m. Soil: Calcium-clay, limestone.
Harvest: Mid-August.
Yield: 70-80 hl/ha.
Age of vines: 11 years (average).
Agriculture: Integrated farming.
Vinification Vinification
Separate vinification for each grape variety. A pre-fermentation cold extraction precedes the alcoholic fermentation, which is held at 17 °C. The wine matures on its fine lees for 3 months. Acidity: 6.0 g/L TA, pH: 3.51, Residual sugar: 0.2 g/L.
