Organoleptic Organoleptic
Youthful appearance with a slightly green tinge and a moderately intense pale straw color. Pear and stone fruit with floral hints on the nose. White flesh fruit on the palate, such as quince, pear, citrus and fresh almond. Excellent acidity, well textured with lovely roundness. Long and refined, this is a delicious wine.

Fish and seafood, vegetables, pasta with light sauces.
Served at 10 - 12 °C.
Origin Origin
The family vineyard 'Vorina' in Kato Asites, Heraklion, Crete.
Altitude: 350-550m. Soil: Calcium-clay, limestone.
Harvest: End of August - Early September.
Yield: 65-70 hl/ha.
Age of vines: 10 years (average).
Agriculture: Integrated farming.
Vinification Vinification
Typical white vinification, the fermentation is controlled at low temperatures (15 - 18 °C). The wine matures on its fine lees for 3 months. Acidity: 6.7 g/L TA, pH: 3.34, Residual sugar: 1.3 g/L.
