Intense aromas of wild strawberry, cherry and herbs. Well-structured, savory and elegant on the palate, with firm tannins and refreshing acidity. The finish is filled with lingering fruity aromas. It will reward cellaring.

Roasted red meat with rich sauce, rooster with homemade pasta and tomato sauce, spicy Cretan graviera. Served at 16-18 °C.
Origin Origin
The privately owned vineyards on the southeast slopes of Olympus, in an area called 'Prosilia Rapsani'. Altitude: 550-650m.
Soil: calcareous, rich in organic materials.
Harvest: End of October. Yield: 30-40 hl/he.
Age of vines: 65 years. Agriculture: Organic.
Vinification Vinification
Classic red vinification method. Maturation in French and American oak barrels for 18 months and further ageing in the bottle for 12 months. Acidity: 6.3 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 2.2 g/L.
