Organoleptic Organoleptic
Brilliant straw colour with greenish shades. Aromas of matured fruits and citrus with notes of dried herbs and apple skin. On the palate, it is rich, fresh and delicious, where the flavour of lemon peel enhances the appealing mouthfeel, adding a well-balanced finish.

A perfect match for Mediterranean dishes, seafood, poultry, light-sauced pasta dishes and fresh vegetable salads.
Served at 8-10 °C.
Origin Origin
The privately owned single vineyard of 74ha in Epanomi, Thessaloniki.
Altitude: 60-100m. Soil: mainly sandy with a few clayey substrates and calcareous rocks, rich in sea fossils. Harvest: Mid-August. Yield: 50-60 hl/he.
Age of vines: 30 years (average).
Agriculture: Sustainable(Agro 2.1-2.2 certified).
Vinification Vinification
Further to skin contact to enhance the extraction of aromas, it is partially barrel-fermented and then matures on its lees for a few months, gaining depth in flavour and floral aromas. Acidity: 6.3 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 2.8 g/L.
