The color is light lemon with green nuances. The captivating aromas of citrus blossoms meet the characteristic apple aroma of the variety Debina, which is enriched with hints of white peach and pineapple. On the palate, it is round with a particular harmony between aromatic intensity and acidity.
Seafood, fish, green salads, fruits. Served at 10-12 °C.

Altitude: 550-600m. Soil: sandy clay.
Harvest: End of August - End of September.
Yield: 60-70 hl/he.
Age of vines: 20 years (average).
Cold extraction at 8–10 °C. The fermentation takes place at 15-17 °C after static débourbage and addition of selected yeast to the must.
