The color is deep ruby with brick red nuances. Aromas of dried fruits such as cranberries, blueberries, dry figs with notes of sweet red pepper. Delicate, smoky, with gentle tannins and balanced acidity. Long aftertaste with notes of dark chocolate and vanilla.

It accompanies ideally traditional Greek moussaka, Greek Pastitsio, Greek style pan fried pork chops. Served at 16-18 °C.

The vineyards of Zitsa, Epirus.
Altitude: 550-650m. Soil: sandy clay.
Harvest: End of September.
Yield: 50-55 hl/he.
Age of vines: 25 years (average).
Agriculture: Mild.
Vinification Vinification
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. Maturation in French oak barrels for 18 months.
