Bright, light golden colour with green highlights. A refreshing flavour profile of white and green fruits, which is highlighted by light tropical notes. On the palate it is creamy and round with a pronounced acidity. Long aftertaste.

Food pairing
Grilled sardines, poultry, green salads, pasta with light sauce. Served at 10 - 12 °C.
The privately owned vineyards in Atalanti valley, Central Greece.
Altitude: 150-350m. Soil: loamy, partially rocky.
Harvest: Early September. Yield: 70-80 hl/ha.
Age of vines: 20 years (average).
Agriculture: Mild.
Separate fermentation for each variety in stainless steel vats under a controlled temperature of 16 °C.
Acidity: 6.5 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 1.6 g/L.
