Bright and deep red colour. Elegant bouquet with concentrated aromas of black fruits like blackcurrants, along with nuances of sweet spices. An intense, well-structured Cabernet Sauvignon with bold tannins and persistent finish.

Served at 16 - 18 °C.

Altitude: 50-350m. Soil: sandy clay, partially rocky.
Harvest: September. Yield: 60-70 hl/ha.
Age of vines: 26 years(average).
Classic red vinification under controlled temperature. Maturation for 10-12 months in a mix of new and used French oak barrels. Acidity: 5.4 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 1.1 g/L.
