Bright yellow color. Aromas of ripe pear, white flesh peach, flowers and vanilla. Well balanced on the palate with crisp acidity and a fruity aftertaste.
Grilled shrimps of Aegean, grilled sea bream, risotto mushrooms, pasta with white sauce.
Served at 10 - 12 °C.
The single vineyard 'Ai Giorgis' in Atalanti valley, Central Greece.
Altitude: 300-350m. Soil: loamy, partially rocky.
Harvest: Early September. Yield: 70-80 hl/ha.
Age of vines: 10 years.
Fermentation in French oak barriques where the wine remains on its fine lees for 2-3 months.
Acidity: 6.5 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 1.4 g/L.
