Bright and light golden-yellow color with green hues. Unique aromatic bouquet of fruity aromas, apples, apricots, peaches, hints of almonds and notes of flowers. Nice and refreshing acidity, pleasant aftertaste.
Grilled and fried fish, fresh salads, pasta, risotto.
Served at 10 - 12 °C.

Altitude: 150-350m. Soil: loamy, partially rocky.
Harvest: Early September. Yield: 60-70 hl/ha.
Age of vines: 12 years (average).
Separate fermentation for each variety in stainless steel vats under a controlled temperature of 17 °C.
Acidity: 6.7 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 1.6 g/L.
