Dark red caramel colour. Aromas and flavours of roasted coffee and forest floor. Balanced acidity and sweetness, very long aftertaste. A developed wine to drink now.

The vineyards of Malevizi, appellation Dafnes, Heraklion, Crete.
Altitude: 400-500m. Soil: Calcium-clay.
Harvest: End of July - Early August.
Yield: 60-70 hl/ha.
Age of vines: 15 years (average).
Agriculture: Mild.
Vinification Vinification
The sun drying of the grapes lasts 7-8 days. Fermentation for 3 weeks and maturation in oak barrels for 3 years. Acidity: 7.8 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 140.0 g/L.
