Deep red colour. A seductive nose, with aromas of ripe red fruits and a delicate presence of vanilla. Elegant and ripe on the palate, flavours of red berry, tobacco and nutmeg. Velvety and fairly long with smooth tannins.

Perfectly combined with traditional Greek moussaka, Greek style pan fried pork chops, Roasted wild boar of Peloponnese with spicy sauce. Served at 16 - 18 °C.

The family vineyards in Asprokampos, Nemea, Peloponnese.
Altitude: 600-700m. Soil: Lime, clay.
Harvest: End of September. Yield: 60-70 hl/ha.
Age of vines: 10 years (average).
Agriculture: Mild.
Vinification Vinification
Typical red wine vinification method. Maturation in oak barrels for 14 months. Acidity: 5.5 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 2.1 g/L.
