Organoleptic Organoleptic
Deep ruby red color. The nose boasts a range of red fruits and sweet spices lying on a background of vanilla, cinnamon and oak. On the palate, it is velvety, balanced, with gentle tannins and nicely integrated oak. The finish is filled with lingering fruity aromas and hints of liquorice.

Greek lamb chops, rooster with homemade pasta and tomato sauce, Greek 'Graviera' cheese. Served at 16-18 °C.

The hillside vineyards of Nemea, Peloponnese.
Altitude: 350-650m. Soil: clay, rocky.
Harvest: End of September.
Yield: 50-60 hl/he.
Age of vines: 20 years (average).
Agriculture: Mild.
Vinification Vinification
Cold soak skin contact and classic 10-15 day vinification at a steady temperature of 24 °C. Maturation in oak barrels for 12 months and further ageing in the bottle for 6 months. Acidity: 5.7 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 0.9 g/L.
