Organoleptic Organoleptic
Shiny ruby colour. The discreet aromas of spices and dry fruits, typical of the Kotsifali variety, harmonically mingle with the aromas of tobacco and vanilla from the oak barriques. Balanced and rounded mouth with a long-lasting aftertaste.

Smoked cheeses, grilled meats. Served at 16 - 18 °C.
Origin Origin
Agios Vassilios, Houdetsi, Kalloni, Heraklion-Crete. Altitude: 400-450 m, hillside vineyards. Soil: clay, high drainage. Harvest: Early September. Yield: 45-65 hl/ha. Age of vines: 15 years old average. Agriculture: Conventional.
Vinification Vinification
Typical red winemaking at a controlled low extraction temperature of long duration. Maturation for 12 months in new French and American barriques of 225lt and 300lt capacity. Acidity: 5.4 g/L TA, pH: 3.45, Residual sugar: 1.5 g/L.
