Clear yellow-green colour. Perfumed and soft blend with scents of citrus blossoms and a sweet spot on the palate. Round and relatively rich with modest acidity and finish that lingers.

Traditional Greek recipes based on seafood, Greek Salad 'horiatiki' with extra virgin olive oil, spicy feta cheese, Kalamata olives and aromatic herbs. Served at 10 - 12 °C.

Selected vineyards on the highlands of Ilia in the Mount Foloi.
Altitude: 450-650m. Soil: clay.
Harvest: End of September. Yield: 70-80 hl/ha.
Age of vines: 20 years (average).
Agriculture: Mild.
Vinification Vinification
Typical white vinification. The fermentation is controlled at low temperatures (15 - 17 °C). Acidity: 5.7 g/L, pH: 3.15, Residual sugar: 2.5 g/L.
