Bright yellow colour with golden reflections. Aromas of apple, flowers and citrus along with pleasant notes of smoked vanilla and oak. Harmonious and oily with a long lasting aromatic aftertaste.
Fatty fish, traditional Greek salad with olives, oregano and feta cheese.
Served at 10-12 °C.
The vineyards of Moraitis Producer Group in the semi-mountainous areas of Lefkes, Thapsana and Stavros in Paros Island.
Soil: Sandy-argillaceous, poor and dry.
Harvest: End of August. Yield: 50-60 hl/he.
Age of vines: 25 years(average).
Classic vinification process for white wines, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 18 °C. Maturation in oak barrels for 5 months. Acidity: 5.7 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 1.0 g/L.
