Organoleptic
Intense deep red colour with purple reflections. Aromas of spice and prune with dark berry tones. On the palate, it has a pleasant feel with intense tannins and a great aftertaste.

Food pairing
Lasagna, pizza with red sauce, hearty vegetable soups, roasted meats. Served at 16-18 °C.
Origin
The vineyards of Moraitis Producer Group in Paros Island.
Altitude: 10-100m.
Soil: Sandy-argillaceous, poor and dry.
Harvest: September. Yield: 45-50 hl/he.
Age of vines: 30 years(average).
Agriculture: Mild.
Vinification
Late harvest Monemvassia juice is added to early ripening Mandilaria grapes and co-fermented at 25 ˚C. Maturation for 12 months in oak barrels. Acidity: 4.5 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 1.0 g/L.
