Glorious smokey floral notes to the nose. The palate has plums, mulberries and hints of cured meat, lovely tannin balanced by luscious fruit.
Grilled red meat, game and spicy cheese.
Served at 16-18 °C.

Soil: Sandy-argillaceous, poor and dry.
Harvest: September. Yield: 30-40 hl/he.
Age of vines: 30 years(average).
Late harvest Monemvassia juice is added to early ripening Mandilaria grapes and co-fermented at 25 ˚C. Maturation for 16 months in French oak barrels and ageing for 8 months in bottle. Acidity: 4.8 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 1.1 g/L.
