Light yellow colour with green reflections. An explosive citrus bouquet combined with scents of white flesh fruits. Vibrant and mineral on the palate, with a quite long aromatic aftertaste.
Light Greek cuisine based on seafood, green salads, and fruits.
Served at 10-12 °C.
The vineyards of Moraitis Producer Group in the seaside areas of Tsoukalia and Plakotos. Altitude: 10-80m.
Soil: Sandy-argillaceous, poor and dry.
Harvest: Mid-August, Yield: 50-60 hl/he.
Age of vines: 25 years(average).
Classic vinification process for white wines, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 18 °C.
Acidity: 5.8 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 0.9 g/L.
