Purple colour with red reflections. Well-structured bouquet of ripe fruit, prunes and cinnamon. Complex on the palate with velvety tannins and a rich long aftertaste.

Food pairing
Duck, goose and game birds. Served at 16-18 °C.
The privately owned organic vineyard in Paros Island. Altitude: 10-100m.
Soil: Sandy-argillaceous, poor and dry.
Harvest: Mid-September. Yield: 50-55 hl/he.
Age of vines: 35 years.
Agriculture: Organic.
Classic vinification process for red wines. Maturation for 18 months in oak barrels. Acidity: 4.5 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 1.1 g/L.
