Organoleptic Organoleptic
Pale gold colour. A rich creamy nose with aromas of spices and citrus. Dense but not heavy on the palate, shows zesty lemon curd notes balanced by remarkable freshness, leading to a juicy long finish.

Aegean grilled shrimps, grilled sea bream, Greek 'kefalograviera' cheese.
Served at 9-10 °C.
Origin Origin
Markopoulo, Mesogeia-Attica. North facing old vines, non-irrigated.
Altitude: 80-100m.
Soil: Varied, dominated by limestone and clay.
Harvest: Mid-September. Yield: 30 - 35 hl/he.
Age of vines: 60 years (average).
Agriculture: Mild.
Vinification Vinification
Skin contact in stainless steel tanks and fermentation under controlled temperature of 16-18 °C. On completion of fermentation, the wine is decantered to new oak barrels, where the wine remains to mature for 6 months. Acidity: 5.3 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 1.7 g/L.
