Organoleptic Organoleptic
The colour is bright white yellow, with green hues. Aromas of fresh flowers, hints of squashed blossoms and fruit aromas such as avocado. On the palate, flavours of orange and lemon blossom with touches of jasmine and mint. In the aftertaste, the acidity travels across the palate for a clean extended finish.

Seafood and green salads. Served at 8 - 10 °C.
Origin Origin
Vineyards of Peloponnese. Altitudes: 450-750m.
Soil: sandy clay. Harvest: September - Early October.
Yields: Roditis 60-70 hl/ha, Moscofilero 40-50 hl/ha. Age of vines: 25 years (average).
Agriculture: Conventional.
Vinification Vinification
Skin contact for 3-6h at 14 ˚C. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at 16 ˚C. Short ageing over fine lees. Acidity: 5.2 g/L TA, pH: 3.30, Residual sugar: 4.0 g/L.
