White-yellow and limpid colour. Vibrant aromas of rose petals, jasmine, lemon blossom and citrus fruit. Vivacious, aromatic and bright on the palate with crisp acidity elevating the fruit's intensity.

Seafood, feta cheese, traditional Cretan salads and herb-pies, risotto.
Served at 10 - 12 °C.
Origin Origin
The privately owned vineyards in Kasteliana village, Heraklion, Crete.
Altitude: 200-300m. Soil: clay, limestone.
Harvest: End of August. Yield: 50-60 hl/he.
Age of vines: 12 years (average).
Agriculture: Mild.
Vinification Vinification
Pre-fermentation cold maceration followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. Acidity: 6.3 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 1.8 g/L.
