Organoleptic Organoleptic
Deep purple colour. Fruity aromas of blackberry, plum and sour cherry, spicy aromas of black pepper, cloves and nutmeg, sweet aromas of chocolate, caramel and nuts. On the palate, it has a full and round body, balanced acidity, velvety tannins, flavors of red and black fruits and sweet spices, and a long complex finish.

Served at 16-18 °C.

The privately owned vineyards of 15ha in Meteora, Thessaly, Central Greece.
Altitude: 280-350m. Soil: clay, limestone.
Harvest: End of September.
Yield: 40-50 hl/ha. Age of vines: 20 years (average).
Agriculture: Organic.
Vinification Vinification
Fermentation in French oak tank. Maturation in French and American oak barriques for 12 months and further ageing in the bottle for 12 months. Acidity: 5.8 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 3.0 g/L.
