Bright lemon-green color, fresh aromas of pineapple, mango, tangerine and peach, sweet aromas of biscuit and hints of fresh mint. On the palate, fresh fruit flavours, refreshing acidity, and long herbal finish.

The privately owned vineyards of 15ha in Meteora, Thessaly, Central Greece.
Altitude: 280-350m. Soil: clay, limestone.
Harvest: Early September.
Yield: 60-70 hl/ha. Age of vines: 20 years (average).
Agriculture: Organic.
Vinification Vinification
Skin contact for few hours and classic vinification process for white wines, fermentation in stainless steel vats at temperatures of 16-18 °C. Acidity: 6.2 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 2.2 g/L.
