Bright lemon color with green hues. Elegant nose with citrus and white-fleshed fruits. The palate is rich and creamy with a balancing acidity that offers a crisp quality. Long finish.

Excellent pair of white meat, fish, vegetables, soft cheese. Served at 10-12 °C.
Origin Origin
The Metohi Chromitsa organic vineyard of 70ha at Saint Panteleimon Monastery, Mount Athos, Halkidiki. Altitude: 200 - 300 m. Soil: continuous rotation of sandy loam and sandy clay. Yield: 50-60 hl/ha. Age of vines: 35 years (average). Agriculture: Organic.
Vinification Vinification
The grapes are hand harvested in the cool of the morning and gently destemmed into stainless steel tanks (purity of fruit expression). Classic white vinification. Acidity: 5.3 g/L TA, pH: 3.15, Residual sugar: 1.8 g/L.
