Bright, straw blonde colour. Fine aromas of citrus, hints of iodine and a sense of minerality, which comes up stronger through the years. Robust and well balanced in the mouth, long lasting fruity aftertaste.

Origin Origin
Chryssou's family vineyards at Emporio, Akrotiri and Pyrgos in Santorini Island, Cyclades.
Altitude: 50-300m. Soil: sandy, volcanic with high porosity, rich in ash and pumice.
Harvest: hand-picked between 10 and 20 of August. Yield: 15 hl/he.
Age of vines: Over 50 years. Agriculture: Mild.
Vinification Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16-17 °C and stay in the lees for 3 months. Acidity: 5.9 g/L TA, Residual sugar: 1.8 g/L.
