Its color is reminiscent of imperial topaz and has a nose that successfully accomplished the task of rendering the individual character of Muscat. A rich and sweet palate, that delivers honey and dried apricots, fresh and carefully balanced in sweetness when compared to its acidity.

Food pairing
Light desserts topped with sweet fruit, yet it is open to a playful experimentation with savory dishes such as those that sport fresh cream, yellow cheeses, and béchamel sauces.
Served at 8-10 °C.
The mountainous small-terraced vineyards of Mt. Kerkis and Mt. Ambelos, Samos Island, Aegean.
Altitude: 500-800m. Soil: sandy clay.
Harvest: September. Yield: 30 hl/he.
Age of vines: Over 50 years (average).
Agriculture: Mild.
Very ripe and healthy grapes. White vinification and must mud-removal process. The free-run juice ferments slowly in stainless steel tanks for a period of about six weeks. Before or upon commencement of fermentation, ethyl alcohol of viticultural origin is added. Acidity: 6.0 g/L TA, pH: 3.40, Residual sugar: 130.0 g/L.
