Pale colour with yellow-green hues and astonishing brilliance. Aromatic with a refreshing palate, abundant citrus and lemony fruit, and a rather short finish.

The mountainous small-terraced vineyards of Mt. Kerkis and Mt. Ambelos, Samos Island, Aegean.
Altitude: 500-800m. Soil: sandy clay.
Harvest: September. Yield: 30 hl/he.
Age of vines: Over 50 years (average).
Agriculture: Mild.
Typical vinification process for white wines, fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. Acidity: 5.7 g/L TA, pH: 3.25, Residual sugar: 5.0 g/L.
