Pale golden color. Grapey and honeyed nose. Luscious on the palate with soft acidity and a dried apricot character.

Light desserts, blue cheese, yellow cheeses, cakes.
Served at 8 - 10 °C.
The semi-mountainous small-terraced vineyards of Samos Island, Aegean.
Altitude: 100-800m. Soil: sandy clay.
Harvest: Mid-August to late September.
Yield: 50-70 hl/he.
Age of vines: Over 50 years (average).
Agriculture: Mild.
Ripe and healthy grapes. White vinification and must mud-removal process. The free-run juice ferments slowly in stainless steel tanks for a period of about six weeks. Before or upon commencement of fermentation, ethyl alcohol of vinicultural origin is added. Acidity: 4.6 g/L TA, pH: 3.45, Residual sugar: 201.0 g/L.
